Meet Our Staff
Adam and Karla Gordon
Adam A. Gordon serves as the president of All 4 Jesus Ministries. Adam is responsible to the board of directors to oversee the development of our Street Evangelism Ministry, College Ministry and Church Partnership Ministry. Before his appointment to the presidency in February 2019, Adam had served All 4 Jesus Ministries as the Director of its Collegiate Department since 2015. Before working in our college ministry Adam had served All 4 Jesus Ministries as a volunteer since its founding in 2009.
Adam spent five years (2010-2015) evangelizing and discipling college students at SUNY New Paltz, Orange County Community College, Marist, Culinary Institute of America, University of Southern Maine, UMaine Orono and University of New England with The Navigators. Adam is an alumni of SUNY New Paltz where he studied psychology and religious studies. As a college student Adam was mentored by Pastor Bob Griffin and Reverend Joseph Sgandurra Jr., the founders of All 4 Jesus Ministries. Adam and Karla have been married since 2022 and have a cat named Luna.
James and Nancy Wagner
Nancy is one of our newest board of director members, but she has volunteered in the ministry office since 2012. Nancy and James completed evangelism training classes with All 4 Jesus Ministries in April 2010 and have taken part in numerous street outreaches ever since. They count it a privilege and a joy to have been part of the ministry for nearly 9 years. Nancy is very active in running our office and working with students at Orange County Community College. Nancy is currently serving as secretary on the board of directors.
James and Nancy were married in 2008 and together, they have four children. They are the outreach coordinators at their local church and live in Pine Bush.
Joshua Benjamin Brooks
Joshua serves as treasurer on the board of directors of All 4 Jesus Ministries. Joshua has been a volunteer with All 4 Jesus Ministries since 2011. Over the years Joshua has taking part in many evangelistic outreaches as well as helping with evangelism trainings. As a college student Joshua was involved with our ministries at both Orange County Community College and SUNY New Paltz. Joshua has a degree in accounting and is currently employed as a accountant working in Circleville, New York.
Patrick and Erica Burger
Patrick is our new Director of Outreach and Evangelism, and he is among our newest board of director members. Patrick and Erica met at the All 4 Jesus club at SUNY New Paltz and started dating in 2016. They were married in June 2018 and have been serving together since. Patrick was hired by All 4 Jesus in 2017 to be a staff evangelist. Erica joins in evangelism on the streets and assists in overseeing the discipleship of female students we work with at SUNY New Paltz.
Patrick is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute, and Erica teaches at Tabernacle Christian School in Poughkeepsie, New York. Please pray for Patrick and Erica as they continue to raise financial support with the hope of serving with All 4 Jesus Ministries full time.
Kyle Carella
Kyle serves as a campus minister in training at SUNY New Paltz for All 4 Jesus Ministries. Kyle works alongside the president and student leaders of All 4 Jesus ministries and helps serve at Bible studies, prayer meetings and group events. Before becoming a campus minister in training, Kyle served as a volunteer of All 4 Jesus Ministries at SUNY New Paltz from 2015 to early 2019. As a volunteer Kyle was mentored by Adam Gordon, now the president of All 4 Jesus Ministries, formerly the director in the collegiate department. Kyle is an alumni of SUNY Ulster where he majored in individual studies. Kyle was saved in 1998.
Willie and Emily Needham
Willie and Emily Needham were married in 2010 and have two sons. Willie as a young man had dreams of becoming a chef. The Lord saved him in 2007 and grew in faith while attending college.Within years of graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he discovered his true passion for evangelism through a Way of the Master training class. Now he’s preaching in the Hudson Valley of New York at local events, parks and college campuses. Willie has been doing evangelism since 2013 and began working with All 4 Jesus in 2019 as a Staff Evangelist.
